Always be careful about water because chlorinated water is also harmful for hairs as well hard water or salty water is also dangerous for hairs.

Drying your hairs is not a simple task it seems easier but it is not much easy. If you dry your hairs incorrectly it will be frizzy, limp or tangled. Comb your hairs when they are almost 50% dry. Always work in small sections.

Your hair type is primarily based on your hair’s curl pattern. The amount of curl in your hair is determined by your hair follicle. The shape of your follicle determines whether your hair is: 1.straight 2.wavy 3.curly 4.coily.

Trim your hair regularly as they are the lock of your hairs they would stop your hair growth .Split ends are very bad for hairs always trim your hairs from tips so that they can grow easily will have a good length as well as for faster growth.

Drinking at least 10-12 glass of water is very beneficial for hair growth as well as for our body .You can increase it up to 3 liters daily. Due to dehydration hair fall starts immediately. The needed moisture is gone and hair end or our hair tips will start splitting or they will be brittle.

By using hot shower continuously we can lost our natural oil of our hairs and they will become so dry frizzy and rough no more softness will be present in hairs neither they would shine. Hot shower makes our hairs or scalp dry which causes different types of problems like dandruff, itching and irritation it will make your root weak and then the ultimate result is hair fall. So cold shower or normal temperature is good for our hairs.

13.Stress:

Stress plays a leading role in our hair loss journey so keep far away from stress. They can also result in greying of hairs. If hair loss is due to stress complete recovery should take time from several months to year.

14:Chemicals:

They show instant results and shine in hairs but by continues use of chemicals we can loss our hairs permanently. Different types of products are used in hair care or hair styling  and by continues use of these products our scalp is damaged or thinning of hair causes.
