it is not much easy. If you dry your hairs incorrectly it will be frizzy, limp

sections.

always drier let them dry naturally. Don’t rub them with hard hands. Excessive
heat is always harmful for hairs.

10-12 glass of water is very beneficial for hair growth as well as for our body

temperature is good for our hairs.

role in our hair loss journey so keep far away from stress. They can also result

results and shine in hairs but by continues use of chemicals we can loss our
